CLASS RESERVATION REQUIRED!
CFAMM members, you are now required to reserve your class spot! On the Wodify app, go to the menu button, click on "Class Schedule", then "Class Date," then "Reserve" for the class time you want.
NOTE: ON JULY 20 (MONDAY) AND JULY 22 (WEDNESDAY):
NO 9 AM OR 12 NOON CLASSES
Monday: 5:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon, 4:15PM, 5:30PM
Tuesday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 4:15PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Wednesday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon, 4:15PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Thursday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 4:15PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Friday: 5:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon, 4:15PM, 5:30PM
Saturday: No WOD through June 2020
Open Gym is available during the above listed class schedule times. We are not able to be open all day. Open Gym members are welcome to use equipment and areas (i.e. rig) in the gym UNLESS the scheduled class is utilizing that area. Note: Open gym availability is over after the last scheduled class of the day.
Want to do the Class WOD? If you are an Open Gym member, you are welcome to join a scheduled class, but will have to pay a $10 drop-in fee.
