Due to an ordinance by the City of Monroe, the gym is closed for 30 days. 

Monday - Friday: 5:00AM, 6:30AM, 9AM, 12 Noon, 4:15PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM (no 6:30 Friday class)

Saturday: 10:00AM (Free to the community WOD)

Open Gym

The gym is typically open from 5 am through 7:30 pm (M-F), dependent on coaches schedules. You are welcome to all equipment and areas in the gym during non-scheduled class hours. However, during classes, you must stay off the main workout floor and not use equipment needed for the scheduled workout.

 

Note: Open gym availability is over after the last scheduled class of

the day (M-Th 7:30pm; and 6:30 pm on Friday).

 

Want to do the Class WOD? If you are an Open Gym member, you are welcome to join a scheduled class, but will have to pay a $10 drop-in fee.
