I wish I was stronger. I wish I could lose 20 pounds. I wish I meal-prepped every week. I wish I could be in the gym at least 5 times a week.

Do you catch yourself saying "I Wish...." about something all the time? 

 

Seriously? Why are we still wishing? Wishing is wanting...
